Millwick's Cafe is a coffee shop in George (WC) that serves delicious breakfasts and lite lunches. Millwicks focuses on local quality goods with a customer-first approach. Milwicks uses only the best ingredients, sourcing from local producers and fresh suppliers.
Full-time employees were working shifts and being paid a salary and part-time employees were filling in hours worked on paper timesheets. However, some team members were working harder or longer hours than others, so we wanted to ensure that those members working longer hours were being remunerated for their work.
